I didn't think you did, most of the snow in Colorado is in the mountains, and higher elevations... my snowy months are between November and March... but it doesn't snow as much as it use to... Can you grow year long, or do you ever get a frost?

We do grow different kind of crops year round , fortunately we have four seasons , we don't get snow but frost sometimes.

Our climate is tropical so it supports plenty of crops cheers

Inthewoods: I'm drinking coffee... black, no sugar or cream... I'm not much of a tea drinker, I have had some over the years, there is a big tea company in Boulder Colorado...
Celestial Seasoning tea factory in Boulder, Colorado. I went on the tour over 20 years ago. They paid me 5 dollars to taste and critique a new orange tea they were testing out. They also gave me a free package of cold brew spiced tea. After the tour they invite you to drink all the free tea (and cookies) you want in the employee break room. Going into the mint room was fun because it cleared my sinuses.

Almost all the tea I've drank over the years has been from Celestial Seasoning... thumbs up I remember when they started, with only a few teas... laugh The tour must have been fun, and smelled good...grin Thanks for putting that up Karl... handshake

ali110: What about fruit juices ?
Somewhat of a "purest" here--I try to find orange juice NOT from concentrate--for about 10 years I spoiled myself with "fresh squeezed" only--takes about 3 large oranges (I want a BIG glass of orange juice when I drink it..) also I like V-8 (do you have that in your area?) and cranberry juice (a man's best friend, hint hint) Some physicians believe that juices, natural or not, have too much sugar. I also like the fruits that have lots of juice in them...not very fond of apple juice but do like pear nectar, nectarine nectar, those kinds. teddybear

Instant coffee with a lot of milk once a day third thing in the morning.

Advantage: easy to make, so much calories that it's practically a breakfast, no need to chew, can be consumed while still half-asleep.

Disadvantage: it's not coffee.

Otherwise: tea :)
