Haven't corvettes always been a problem because they were made from fiberglass.One day I was in a car wash. The car behind me was a corvette and was only a couple inches from my bumper. The woman who owned the car was nervous that if the conveyor belt pushed her car into mine her car would crack. She got the owner of the place to slow down the belt.

... You might be able to get in... getting out would be fun to watch... That price sounds low, I service my Buick at the Chevrolet dealer... last year, they had a Corvette on the showroom priced at around $115.000... 
I want a older one, that I can hold the passengers hand still...

Yep, A lot of people have been paranoid about owning corvettes because of the fiberglass. One day I was in a car wash. The car behind me was a corvette and was only a couple inches from my bumper. My favorite corvette was the 67 stingray. That car could handle but had no comfort at all in its suspension. Was like riding in a bathtub on wheels with no suspension,
