That’s what I’m interested in. Also how long do they need to cook is it much longer like oven cooking we’re you have to pre heat the oven then also a longer cooking time.

yes it is, with hot air been circulated around the food.
I've cooked whole roast using oven bags to, that works well in the no mess charlie department, just use fork to put few holes in the top-side of oven bag and all the juices stay in the oven bag.

both those cooker images i posted cost the grand sum of AU$86.00 on our eBay so you could have four or five in your kitchen.
Yes madam i have some lovely Atlantic Cod or would you prefer Haki or perhaps Basa which is Roberts choice madam

Taralyn: What's in your rice?? looks really good.....
Basmati rice, garden peas, and chopped mushroom. I cook the rice and frozen peas ,wash off the starch and leave for a few hours before frying. I make egg fried rice just by adding a raw egg or two to the pan [ but minus the mushrooms] when the rice is hot and mix it all together. Delishhandshake

Don't be offended but mushroom so doesn't go with sweet & sour pork or anything sweet & sour.

My special fried rice is so different to yours..Then again maybe it's a UK thing

Hi Merc.

Not offended at all. I had egg fried rice the day before and had some rice left over so used it up and just chopped a few mushrooms in it for a change.

Asians make a sweet and sour mushroom for vegans actually, especially in Japan.handshake

Ah, you remember good old English Fish and Chips, the mushy peas are usually served in a little pot separately.

I love a sprinkling of salt and balsamic vinegar, not the expensive one, you can get a reasonable one in Aldi for a pound,

Lard healthier than sunflower oil, claims expert

Lard ma be considered healthier now (opinions will change again soon) but Lard is highly flammable and therefore a fire hazard..... or that's what's been preached here. Is it due to the fact that it was being used in a pot on the range? Is it safer in a deep fryer??
