No I wouldn't say ... a restriction is something you want to do but don't allow yourself to ...A wise choice is something I'm totally at peace with, something that sits well with me... to get behind the wheel after having had a drink is not something I would want to do not because I restrict myself but because it sits well with me not to do so... and same with all my choices ... I choose them.because they sit well with me not because I prevent myself from doing something I'd like ...
Your definition of 'restriction' and mine obviously differ ...
