Grandsiozzie: would you recommend for me, a guy used to safety and little corruption too.
I will be sitting restauring cars, so I want them not to be stolen over night too often.
So apart from Norway or Iceland where could I expect to be left in peace and still have nice neighbors. I would prefer not to have to pay a monthly sum for local protection.

I'd just wait for your own country to get warm. Anywhere warm today is going to be hell tomorrow, the whole world will be more on fire as us cold weather folks die out.
