That is an excellent resource, even for the unvaxxed.

The FDA here, sent a letter to doctors threatening their licenses and other actions if they prescribe Ivermectin now. Even health insurance companies are taking action against doctors if they prescribe it.

I think it's an excellent resource for everyone for various reasons ...

Incredible about the invermectin... they haven't "forbidden" it in every country though...
Fortunately there are also other protocols ...

I'm still and will remain unjabbed although the drivers licence bureau almost tried to make me get tested but they decided to alow an online renewal because of the Omnicron.laugh
I very rarely get a flu or cold. I did get the flue once when I got jabbed the one time about 10 years ago.

The protocols I shared work for anyone who may have become ill with "covid" and may be especially long covid and also jabbed people ...

So far I've not been jabbed or become ill even though I spent time under the same roof as 2 people who rested positive and we didn't safe distance or wear masks ...

I remain unvaxxed as well. I never get colds or flu/flu shots either. I have been directly exposed to Covid, the Delta even. My daughter and son-in-law had it. He was in the hospital for a day, my daughter was vaxxed when she got it. I had to help care for them and their small children. I did isolate myself after but never caught it. My tests are all negative, even serology tests. Rarely sick at all even at my age, 69).
I still wear masks out in public just in case I'm asymptomatic. I don't want the vax can't take the risk of being disabled by it. Even if I did catch Covid, would never go to a hospital! Die at home if need be. Don't want my kids to have to pay a hospital bill with any assets I have left.
If they release the Novavax vaccine in the US, I would consider that one.

detox guide is great in general ,not just spike protein
but cleansing your ``filters`` liver , guts ,periodically seems as a good idea
sharing ideas and experiences on that topic is always welcome

I` have found an interesting yet simple recipe for liver cleaning- no idea if it really works ,anyhow here it goes

Juice of half a lemon, mix with one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil , drink it on an empty stomach ( before breakfast or coffee, whatever your morning ritual may be)- at least three days in a row
If anyone has more knowledge about this recipe, please share

Well lemon has high alkalinity and olive oil is extremely good for your health as long as they're pesticide free, but I have no knowledge of their detox properties ...

I know people who drink fresh lemon juice in the morning and I know people who have a spoon of olive oil in the mornings, but don't know anyone who mixes the 2 together ...

rohaan: Yogurt is given routinely in hospitals for patients ending antibiotic therapy, other conditions, too. It helps develop beneficial bacteria, for one. (Antibiotics often severely deplete the body’s ecosystems).
thumbs up

Is all yogurt good for developping beneficial bacteria or does it have to be 'live' yogurt?

Most all yogurts have the live cultures. It should say on the container or label. Some have a lot of sugar tho. I add plain yogurt to smoothies. Quite good!
It's very difficult to find real olive oil. Saw an article that says most brands are cut with other oils. I also prefer Lime juice to Lemon but I guess it's just as good.

Go to the Greek islands .
You’ll find everything you need & everything is natural .
I always get sent a can of of black oil ( first press olive oil ) from my friends olive growth in Cyprus.

Why, I have to admit I don’t know…it would appear to be the acidophilus, which would have to be “live”, as buttermilk is, as well. Comparatively, the viruses in influenza and pneumonia vaccines are considered “dead”, but they “work**”.
Disclaimer:
** there remain physicians and other clinicians who do not subscribe to homeopathic therapies.

Overlook the rhetoric; I’m “stuck” in nursie- la la land…a by-product of our industry. laugh
