Well, Pedro, sure. But, sometimes families don’t always land on the same page. And, when we accept Our Savior, we become partakers in a family. We are the legally adopted children of God. He understands what’s groovy and what isn’t. Trust me. Last night, I was meditating, praying, etc…but out of the blue an old man with a leaky faucet insisted I ameliorate the plumbing situation, and my mind and spirit protested the summons, but my body capitulated and met the old plumber’s adamant request.

Your first sentence is an affliction of man and as such indisputable and undeniable.
The ego is definitely not a responsible agent of the self and so is irresponsible though loveable. Indeed this would cause restlessness within.
