I heard that gal is about 25 stone. I know they don't use stones in the USA, or anywhere else, probably, but I don't know the equivalent in dollars. I am probably slightly below average weight for my height. It has even been said that I am perfectly proportioned, but I think it may have been I who said it.

For me time of day never mattered for food types. I hardly eat beans except in my venison chili, which I make large batches of and eat all daylong for days :)------ This thread is Archived ------

I had courgette and mint soup for breakfast.
I dressed it with some salty drops of leftover cold pressed olive oil I baked potato wedges in last night and a dash of soy liquid aminos.
It cost me pennies to make and the planet even less.
It was lush and kept me going all day. Soup is good like that.: smitten:
