I wonder whether it might be helpful for you to engage with a meal prep and delivery service 
We have loads here, as I'm sure you do too in your country
They can prepare healthy, nutritious meals delivered to your door and these can be tailored to your dietary needs
And many have dietitians on board

I actually tried several local fresh meal prep services during covid lockdowns. Those meals had no flavor and I hate most cooked veggies.... especially cooked trees and spinach. I must add though that if i cook some veggies in my smoker outside they taste better. We have loads here, as I'm sure you do too in your country

I dont mind, it' quite a nice ward, only four beds and everyone is really friendly. The surgery should be tomorrow, it's something to do with a shortage of beds in the intensive care unit where I will spend two days afyer the op.Have they given you any idea when it might happen?
