Going off meds when you have mental illness is a bad bad idea for anyone unless done under a doctor's care. When people go off their meds, not only do the condition take over again, your brain is so used to having outside help to balance the chemicals that when you take away that outside help, you just completely sock bottom lower than anything you can imagine.mental illness, what can they do?

I will stand behind any mentally ill person who is willing to help themselves and keep trying but anyone who don't help themselves, its a waste of time and you may even have to steer clear of them. I seen lots of mental illness growing up, my family is laced with it. Some like me knew it was happening and done something about it and others ignored it and let themselves go. Those of us that helped ourselves have better lives today than those who didn't.
