Listen to what Dr Norman Finklesteine has to say about Israel's actions. He is just one of many Jewish people around the world in solid opposition to the Israeli goverment actions.

I didn't watch that as I'm not at facebook but I watched one and a half minute
of something he say on youtube.
He call it a consentration camp and being these hamas "fighters" (to say it nicely...)
was borne there and known nothing else but this consentration camp (his words not mine),
we should seemingly have some understanding. Seems to be what he say.
Sure... they can have a portion of sympathy from me-
though I can not accept their solution of attacking civilians
as a "cry for help" or someything of the sort.

My question to you Bodleing is this: does the population of 2.3 million
(or thereabout) have no resposibility of producing leaders who will be reaonable
and firstly accept Israel first and cooperate second(?)
Only Jihad and kill kill kill- and that is ok... ? confused

“A protest demonstration was staged by Jewish students at the University of Cleveland at the entrance to the auditorium where the notorious professor Norman Finkelstein was supposed to participate in a scientific discussion, reports. The former professor was fired from the University of Chicago for systematic anti-Semitic propaganda. Finkelstein has a particular hatred for the Jewish state, and he does not miss a single opportunity to condemn Israel, even when the Israelis themselves are victims of aggression. In his speeches, Finkelstein is full of open hatred of Israel, always justifying the actions of its enemies, such as Hamas and Hezbollah, despite the fact that society, in where he lives very comfortably, regards these organizations as terrorist (//www.jewish.ru/news/world/2008/12/news994269783.php) (12/17/2008).

and now about the poor residents of besieged Gaza-In 2009, Gaza received $948 million in American aid. In 2010, the US and the EU gave it $413 million, and in 2011 - $514 million. Sweden (47 million), Great Britain (45), Norway (40) and the Netherlands (29) gave.
And so was all this time. Gaza received over $1.18 billion in donations in 2021 and over $1.17 billion in 2022 from various countries and organizations.
WHERE IS THE MONEY?
Where are the hospitals and schools built on them, where are the cultivated fields, where are the factories producing all sorts of useful things, where are the houses and roads? Where are the jobs created? There is none of them. Because these billions were spent on TENS OF THOUSANDS of missiles, mines, diversion tunnels, because instead of hospitals they built bunkers for the Hamas military command, and launchers were placed in existing hospitals, schools, and residential buildings. And after Israel destroyed these tunnels and bunkers, they built them again.
What was not spent on wars went into the pockets of Hamas leaders. Journalist Palki Sharma Upadhyay (India) wrote in 2021:
“The leaders of Hamas, including the head of the Politburo Ismail Haniyeh, left the Gaza Strip a long time ago and live in other countries of the world - Turkey, Qatar and Lebanon. They live in first-class apartments in Beirut, Doha and Istanbul, wear expensive suits, fly on private jets, and their children are involved in luxury real estate.
any more questions about sufferings of Gaza citizens?

Not good Sala. Not good.
I'm not Jewish but I side with the ones I'd like to have as my neighbor.
The decent ones.
The onces you obviusly can talk to and make agreements with.
The ones whom accept you as an equal partner in this human race of ours.
And Israel do that dispite lies saying otherwise.

Make me the leader of the Gaza strip tomorrow and before Christas I would make the place grow and thrive.
But first all Hamas must be banned. That is number one. If the people there can't do it themselves cos of the potential terror they face, well then Israel must get in and help them select better leaders. That is what is happening now.

Grandiozzie, It doesn’t matter whether you are a Jewish or not..you are a thinking and analyzing person who takes the correct position at this stage. I agree completely...without the total destruction of the Hamas organization, the residents of Gaza have no future...maybe America will find them a worthy leader...I don’t think Israel will do this

It's not really Israels resposibility to fix this, but who else will.
I expect very little real effort from this white house to be honest
but at least they sent a few floating war machins there, to help out.

What to do with Iran Sala?
We know the people there for the most part are good and not wanting no trouble,
but their priesthood go their own way as Hamas do.
Do you see any good way forward there?
At least the woman of Iran show resistance, praise to them for that.

Grandsi, Iran may be forced to go to war with Israel because if it turns its back on its allies, Hamas and Hezbollah, it will demonstrate its weakness and inability to protect its allies. Weakness could have fatal consequences in the Middle East.
On the other hand, Tehran really does not want to go to war. There are two reasons. First, the enormous force that the US sent to Israel's shores to protect it (two carrier groups), warning Iran of the consequences if it intervened in Israel's war with Hamas.
Secondly, unlike Gaza, anti-war sentiments absolutely prevail in Iran, and they sometimes turn into anti-Palestinian sentiments. The Iranian regime is mortally tired of the majority of the country's population, including because it spends huge amounts of money to help Hamas and Hezbollah, in conditions when the majority of Iranians are at or below the poverty line. Here are two good reasons not to go to war.
Perhaps the Iranians will choose a middle path - low-level intervention, shelling of Israeli military bases by the Lebanese pro-Iranian Hezbollah in the areas bordering Lebanon, and sporadic shelling of American military bases in the Middle East. we will see soon...

Right.
Time will show.

I just think morraly Israel stand pretty good here and actually there
must be quite a few Arabs in the middle east who actually also see them for who they are:
the best and most modern folk in the area.
I therefore I do not fear an escalation militarilly, not really.
Very glad USA stepped in here. Nato (EU) would do jack (nothing).

Let's hope for as few dead ones as possible
in the up coming weeks. And water and necessities to float in too,
poor people.

I doubt that the solution is that simple: this abscess has been allowed to grow for far too long and, if we are totally honest, this crises has many fathers and many supporters.

But yes, HAMAS must be deleted from the equation for this situation to have any chance to be solved.

This is happening in the UK also.

Hundreds arrested as US Jews protest against Israel’s Gaza assault.

Leftwing Jewish activists campaigned against Israel’s bombardment and blockade of Gaza this week in Washington, culminating in protests that have seen hundreds arrested for civil disobedience outside the White House and Congress.

But groups like the Anti-Defamation League have dismissed the actions as unrepresentative of fellow Jews, signalling a growing rift in the community as the war in the Middle East continues to claim thousands of lives.

Police detained about 400 demonstrators on Wednesday after they staged a sit-down protest on Capitol Hill inside the Cannon Building, the oldest congressional office building, demanding an immediate ceasefire in the latest hostilities between Israelis and Palestinians.

why do they always expect Israel to initiate a Cease Fire?
Everytime there was a Ceasefire,Hamas used the lull in fighting to rearm and reposition itself!
Hope those "Demonstrators" who were way more destructive than the J-6,are being held to the same standards as the Demonstrators of Jan.6th '20.(Fat chance, they are Lefties)laugh

Tule, finally we found something we can agree on.
Glad for that .

To me it's not possible to explain why these woke'ies think teaming up with islamists make sense.
I suppose they alwasy been pro Palestine but why they think the violence of such a magnitude as seen on oct.7th is acceptable is unclear to me. They can for sure not see that the population of Gaza is in reality held hostage by Hamas, and not by Israel.

Well... from my point of view, all three adhere to murderous ideologies. Can't be more obvious as that.

And, between us chickens, it's about the time for the Western world to revise whom and why they support. There wouldn't be any Hamas, if not for all that kinda humanitarian help to Palestine.
