Don't eat out (prepared in pubs, etc...) very much anymore. (Tend to get a tad sick from it Too many additives, chemicals, oils, etc...) When I was a "foodie" my go-to's were soft flour tacos, omelets, Pattie-Melts, fries, etc....)

LOVE, LOVE SUBWAY--Here in Oregon you sort of get to tell the sandwich "artist" how you want it, so it goes a little better than just ordering off menu......We have a small shop here that is independent of Subway, but sort of follows the basic format. They are GREAT!!

Maybe the difference is you wash your hands before cooking and at the restaurant/fast food they don't.
I am a foodie but I prefer home cooked food only. And most of the time I cook myself.

We got a subway inside of Walmart I just go there
sometimes if I’m done shopping, it might not be to
much of a difference cause some people that cook
food at home don’t wash there hands either
I love to cook for other people.

I am a foodie also 
I like cooking but I also will leave the comforts of the kitchen and go sit with friends sometimes on the water and dine. More for the scenery and the companionship of good conversation and laughs. In a word that was fair I would weigh 500lbs the way I eat. I do prefer eating healthy no matter if it is at home or out. 
I like to cut my beans on toast into triangles and add a sprig of basil.
I do a mean 3 minute raman noodles. Sometimes i even add salt if im in the mood for something more exotic
