Sorry--that is NOT true. Many years ago Reader's Digest highlighted a true story about how words can lead to chaos and even death. At the end of the story, this was added:"I wreck marriages and homes. I cause good intentioned men and women to cryfor hours on end. I destroy hopes, dreams, careers, and sometimes even nations. My very name contains an evil hiss. For I am "gossip'.
Don't ever say or believe that words can't hurt. They can and DO.

words are energy and intention, as much damage as it can do, is as much healing as it can do as well,pay attention to your words and thoughts.
