... and pity for the pathetic who can never express a thought, who lack in verbs and grammar but think to snipe is wit itself.Of course it is hard to eliminate the snipers, but to demand a minimum comment length might be worth consideration. I wouldn't go for that myself, since there is pleasure in cutting down the snarky snipers with brevity pith and wit.
secretagent09: Members on CS have ups and downs in their lives and sometimes people need a break from the social world. Not everybody is looking for a significant other. There are some who just want to break bread and join in a conversation that interests them.
Although you do have a point, and I agree to some time off, but it is annoying to find a member you really feel you could connect with, and see that they haven't been on in months, or longer. If you don't want to belong to a club and participate, then don't.Youcannow: CS is fine as it it .

Everyone is all hyped up by the thumbs down. Well I’ve just seen the nasty messages from the one user who starts it all off sitting gloating that he thumbs down so many people. He posts a thumbs down to everyone he dislikes then the forum people take over posting thumbs down mistakenly thinking someone they don’t like has done it. So literally a bunch of people are doing it but the one nasty person is causing it to start with.
