I am with you Trudy...I lost 120 lbs last year, gained 50 back when I broke my arm, and now I am back!!

Going to lose 50 lbs in 5 months!!banana

i know you can do it, im with you.

i have to be careful with the exercise i get addicted and allow time for recovery....i get too extreme with my diet and take unwise risks...im watching this time...

Ok...walked 8 miles this morning, took a small workout, and now going back for 8 more miles....

I could only do limited weight lifting...one handed! Seems my broken arm needs to heal more....I am afraid my rehab was not successful.
