Currently, gasoline is $3.35/gallon here where I am? What about the rest of the world?

Please, if you're international, as a favor for us mathematically challenged Americans, convert your answers into pathetic, measley dollars for us, please...grin

So in Germany we pay 5.33 US$ per gallon

We had a thread the other day:

My input there:

1.41 Euro = 2.17294 US Dollar a liter

one gallon is 3.785 liters

So in Germany we pay 5.33 US$ per gallon

A huge part is tax,
and of that tax we have to thank
the green politicians for about 0,50 US$ a liter very mad

Its supposed to make people use the car less,
but it fills the states coffins instead. very mad

So in Germany we pay 5.33 US$ per gallon

Oil reached $110.00 a barrel this week, that's 11 fold over the past 10 years. We reached the pinnacle of oil reserves in the 80's, we are now fast depleting what is left, and with China and India growing at the speed of light, we have 5 years left before a world crisis.

I read an article in the paper the other day that said it's NOW due to the U.S. dollar that fuel prices are soooooo high and that it will take major world economic changes like a depression for it to go down in price....They are predicting it will be up to 1.50 per litre here by the summer and up to 3.50 per litre within 3 years...There always seems to be something to blame it on...roll eyes
