Cheney made a request for them earlier today.
My problem with what we are doing in Afghanistan is this. We are placing our units into the field without Agfhan units attached. Very much like Vet Nam where they operated thier war and we operate our war. Doing it this way...means you always have a language barrier with the locals...always have a local intel gathering problem......always fighting for thier country while they sit in a city some place.
I also think that we have some answers to improve it some.

I figure we can work the northern hemisphere countries first, then work our way to the southern hemisphere ones after. Kind of like a
modern Alexander the Great......he went to the east, conquered most the known world. We'll bounce a little, work our way south. World is pretty well known today....so take our time....smell the roses on the way.
