darlynda: thank you guys soooooo much for all of your love and kindness, JOSHUA has been tranfered to a larger hospital and is doing better. they are running lots of tests on him now to find out why this happened. he was clinically dead for a few minutes and he told me that he didnt see THE LIGHT! then he laughed, so i think his sense of humor is returning. thanks again my dear friends and keep us in your prayers.
Thank God Joshua is doing better and in good hands. What a scare you had! I hope he keeps improving and be home soon.

Wow, I had no idea you'd put out a plea for help. So very sorry I'd missed your thread, and so very happy to learn about the potassium. I'd been told that it was possible when the potassium level gets too low. Just glad the problem has been found and that he's possibly coming home tomorrow!

Its wonderful to hear that he made it through - he'll be in my prayers for a speedy recovery and as well the diagnosis to discover why so that it doesn't happen again. Sending you a big hug as well - I almost lost my daughter as well - so I have somewhat of an understanding of your emotions at this time.

i want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all of your prayers and caring words.............we have his potassium levels back up and he is going to be released to go back to work wednesday. he just has to be careful and watch it for a while but the doc said everything should be ok
