But, that's me. And I got lucky...a very special one came through this door. Before he did, I was still lucky...I made several really good friends and found a place I was loved and accepted for who I am. That's always a good thing.

This site is a joke when it comes to dating and helping people find one anoter. Men dont really want a stong independent woman It is really hard being a young attractive woman that was raised with old fashion values such as love honer and respect and trust. It is impossible to find a man with one of these much less all of the qualities.

Try adjusting that attitude... or just eloping and saving the rest of us happy people from having to witness your sour dispositions.
Here another great saying...

Many times people forget that you can not walk around expecting love, you must allow it to happen, be thankful when it does and simply give it away sometimes.

Love takes time and effort. If it was that easy it wouldn't be so precious. Not going to get anything by giving up and people may try to help you find someone but maybe you should help yourself first. Just a thought. Dating online is a game of odds about 20 to 1 that you will have chemistry. My math only 10 to 1 finding a good friend.
