The mom who was under suspicion has now passed on and it continues to be a cold case. I dont understand how the detectives and government officials who initially handled the case could have bundled it up like that. Then they wanna blame it on a family oriented community as an excuse for the Ramseys to touch evidence and remove the body. Was there any DNA found on the body? I really cant remember all the details about the case. what do you think happened? do you think the parents were involved?

No I don't think the parents were involved...at one time I was sure they were but that was because of the media...in fact there was DNA found on the body and that's what ended up clearing Patsy Ramsey....either before she died...just or not long after..I can't quite remember..shoddy police work all around...but I believe they will solve it one day...probably by getting a DNA hit on their data-base...it won't be because of expert police work.....

My reason for this:
1. He was jealous of his sister.
2. He was heard on a 911 tape asking the father what did he find, not where is my sister.
3. Mom knew about it, she convinced the father to come up with the rasom note to cover up the murder.
4. Ransom note amount was exactly the Father's bonus check.
5. Mom didn't want to risk losing another kid, so controlled everything.
6. No one was ever able to interview the brother until well after the investigation was conducted and he had already flown to Georgia, where no one could talk to him.
7. By the time investigators were able to talk to him, his story was already in place, so no one could doubt his story.
This is what my opinion is and it's just that, my opinion.

The best analysis I've heard so far.
If you're correct the mother & father are accesories after the fact obstruction of justice, tamperring with evidence, purjury etc. etc. The brother is guilty of anything from manslaughter to murder 1. No SOL on that.
Parents who put their kids in these contests I think have a screw loose.
