Hey ive put up a few joke threads with no replies but I dont let it bother me as I put them up for a laugh and if their read their read..If not thats ok as well..

No, other than asking the Mods directly. They are the only ones with the facility. They pull offensive/distasteful threads all the time.
Give them a very good reason. You obviously have one, so it's worth a try.
