She’s like a breath of a summer breeze that warms this old mans soul. Her love for all seems endless she brings joy to one and all. If everyone could be like her then this world a better place would be Who could not just but love her You all know her as ’the sun and the sea’.

Hi Grandad
Come to think of it, I don't know if you are very familiar with Gilbert & Sullivan's "The Mikado" But regarding the three little maids, wouldn't our young friend Jib be absolutely perfect as "Yum Yum"?
what is "Yum Yum"?? "yum yum" like this=>?? or this => ?
... hey! you two guys are gossiping behind my back huh!!!! ...

I think Bill can explain that to you better than I can Jib. She is one of three little girls from the 'Mikado' an Operetta by G&S. And TY for your beautiful comments for Yvonne and myself. You are, I'm sure, an inspiration for many a poem on here. Bless you for being you.
a great little write for a lovely lady of the sea...n sun...well done. ;-)

Hi S&S
Let me tell you about Yum Yum, in "The Mikado" Yum Yum is the daughter of the Mikado of Japan, She falls in love with a wandering minstrel by the name of 'Nanki Pu' in the town of Titipu.
Well, Yum Yum is an OUTRAGEOUS flirt.... before she sings her beautiful aria "The sun whose rays are all ablaze with ever-living glory" She asks: "Why am I the most beautiful girl in the whole world? Could this be vanity?.... NO"
However, in Titipu the punishment for flirting is DEATH. Well, I won't spoil the story be revealing the ending (you will have to watch the operetta ).
So see, casting you as a beautiful but outrageous flirt would be simply Type-casting. Incidently, you would make a stunning Yum Yum.
So the response to Grandad's poem wasn't pejorative, far from it.
Kindest regards to you, Jib I hope today is filled with happiness for you.
