Morning Dove

Hey there up yonder
What are you doing all alone
No morning song to share above
Wistful coo of the morn
The sweet sound of the song sung to the mate always by your side
Where did she go Morning Dove
Where did she go
The soothing sound keeps her near
Broken only in absence
Morning dove, morning dove sing for me
Your wistful coo from above
To soothe the aching in my heart
The soothing sound of your love
For the one from up above
Remind me of his power, remind me of his love
Sing for me the soothing coo that he is always near
And shines right thru
Sing for me oh sing for me Morning Dove
Lest I forget
The sound of the love between two that met
Morning Dove, Morning Dove surely she will come back
It is the sound of your love that guides her
Did you not know?
So sing for me, sing for me to remind her so
Your love did not end wherever she may go
Morning Dove, Morning Dove what is it you say
Stationed so pristinely up above
Chin held high through the darkness
The light comes from above
I do believe I understand
Morning dove all alone no need for sound
Simple lines from the worldly gait abound
Long suffering does not last when he abounds
Truth and light shine forth in the smallest of us
A treasure to be found
Thank you very kindly Morning Dove for your arrival
And for your reminder of him above
Woo ooo wooo hoooo
Oh there she be, see I told you so
Morning Dove, Morning Dove share your love so
The sound of your song brings love abiding
And there is your mate for reminding
Peace my feathery friend
I will recall your kindness
