Tired eyes must go to sleep,
for the morning will rise so
quickly and eyes will verly
even open as if they had no
sleep the night before.

Sleep is the food of thought to
we often wonder why it is a new
day and not much sleep yet.

We some will sleep on and on
and others very little sleep
to go on, but enjoy the sounds
of silence during resting time.

Just the thought of night time
to close your eyes and silence
in the room not a single word
to rest is what will make you
a fresh and new person.

Sleep is to learn of a new day
to start with a fresh mind of
what rest will do~~~~
