Here it is The cherished secret: Time twists the arrows of years With unspeakable ease. Soon comes merry Christmas With window lights. If my memory doesn't sleep With someone else And I remember it right, The creation of this world Belongs to God, opening doors, And an Angel, bringing good luck ... I'm at the crossroad now. I would like to have an anti-shock heart Or an ampoule filled with fast poison . It looks like they don't care, They don't believe in us and never cry, Those Celestial Realm Captains: God, opening doors And an Angel, bringing good luck

About this poem:
just trying to be ironic .. but not always successful (((
Are these Celestial Realm Captains found in the comic books? Because if they are they really don't care, their producers have plenty of money to food their stories to children's imagination. Christmas is about people and the blessings are not found under the tree but everyone around it. Being ironic Salamuna is a way to express your thoughts and nothing is wrong with that. Sorry, you are at the crossroad now but we all are in the same boat with this pandemic. Cheers my dear poet because we all need it. SM

I've never really believed in those Captains, (not that I can remember, anyway). Maybe we should make our own luck?
It's amazing how God never gives up on us no matter how bad the world gets. Good and bad rulers come and go but there is only one Ruler who will rule for eternity with his Angels and His Son by His side. For a child was born that will give us eternal life. His name is Jesus.
Hi Lily, The Captains of this world are the business magnates whose only God is Greed, Wealth and Power, brainwashing families to spend more than they can afford. The Christmas lights are up in my town already. The shops are busy but the churches are quiet. Good poem Lily....I feel your pain but an ampoule might be taking it too far.
Kathy, thanks for stopping by and leaving comment. But that's what you beleive in, not me.. anyway much appreciated, stay safe. Lily
Mick thank you for your understanding. don't worry about the poison. it's just a poem. But the truth is that I'm really tired of living in this matrix of absurdity of totalitarianism . stay well. Lily
I celebrate Christmas every year from November 1 to December 25 with movies, music, and next weekend, putting up the tree and the decorations. My early years of Christmas was about 90% Santa and Rudolph, and about 10% baby Jesus.
