The Plains Of Happiness

Come, take my hand, I walk in happiness over vast plains
You seek love, find her here, for this is where she reigns
You're unaware of it's presence while it consumes you
Growing until you realize you have love as your due
I warn you, she may not be who or what you thought
She is there no doubt, and with her love she has brought
I found love, well... maybe it's really that love found me
I was nothing without her, and I, or we need her you see
She is now in my life, and she is like an Angel from above
So stranger, come with me, I wish to help you find love
Come take the risk, it's just a bit

This Can't Be Wrong Feeling So Right

In a tortured whirlwind of lust unstoppable
Trapped in passions heat doing the impossible

Racing electricity outside and trembling inside
Forging ahead together with nothing to hide

Ecstasy explodes as shooting sparks fly astray
Lost in emotions maze showering us this way

We shouldn't but our souls scream we should
Entwined in romance feeling wondrously good

Lovers gasping for breath from a sensuous touch
Explosions of amorous uncertainty giving too much

Elated sensations soaring clear and full of emotion
That just a single kisses caress gave us the notion

These feelings aren't wrong we know they are true
Two fallen Angels landing together me and you

Our heart racing, skipping beats all through the night
This can't be wrong feeling so right

The Reasons You Are Beautiful

To the girl whose beauty is present in all seasons
I tell you why you are beautiful and here are the reasons:
Your beauty extends into the heavens,
It goes on to forever and never lessens.
Even when a cloud comes in and heightens,
Your light is here and the world brightens.
You are like a fruit that constantly ripens
Your beauty continues to grow no mater what happens.
My fondness for you goes out and never decreases,
Because every time I see you my heart rate increases.
You make every other girl appear hollow,
Where ever you are loveliness is sure to follow.
You shine so bright you cast your shadow into tomorrow,
A beauty that others would love to borrow.
But try as they might your beauty they will never match
Because loveliness like yours they could never catch.
Your beauty increases as each vision of you brought,
The tests to the limits of my imagination it wrought.
It makes me question if what I am seeing is real
I only know it is true by the way that I feel.
Your beauty is so vast it can't be concealed
There is no hiding it your so gorgeous it's revealed.
The power of your beauty is the world's greatest gift
My heaviest burden it could easily lift.
A girl this perfect I never knew
But all that changed the moment I met you.
Of Heaven on Earth I was not aware
Until I met a girl that was crafted with such care.
You would be the answer to my every prayer
If someone asked for something rare with beauty to spare.
If I had a choice I would choose this girl over air
For air can't compare to a girl not found elsewhere.

I once wished upon a star,
For God to give me love from afar.

That love lasted 18 years,
But the love fell apart and left me in tears.

My dreams and purpose were forever gone,
I just don't know what went wrong.

Some people just give up and go,
and stop going with the flow...

To start your life all over again,
To find another to call a best friend.

Its so hard the second time around,
Can true love again, somewhere be found.

An ember remains
from once was a roaring fire.
Suppressed in a time and place
of passionate desire.

A journey unto itself that is rarely known
an indelible memory that becomes prevalent
when you are alone.

Saddled up and rode off to the prairie that afternoon
Looking for Jesus,
Looking for someone,
Looking for you.

The prairie is my canvas
when the walls start closing in;
Sky and grass dancing in the wind.

Off in the distance there’s a thundercloud
evolving into a powerful storm.
What an incredible feeling ...

to be imposing,

one you would never ignore.

Red hawk hovering overhead as a friendly reminder...
I sat quietly in the saddle as his shadow moved behind me.

traveling down my neck,
throughout my body;
as we collide.

Rowing about in an unknown sea
Time lost and found never be more
Lost in a fog which surrounds me
Measured in life accurately bore
No beacon of hope or stars to see
Listen closely for a distance shore
To guide me clearly in my destiny
Love is waiting to affirm once more
I drift alone my oars drop aimlessly
Long a journey into my soul’s core
Dipping together or one at a time be
Shall know with what purpose I adore
Dripping with fear or resolving glee
The struggle to find this lonely moor
Back and forth in and out of reality
Waiting her answer to a tap on the door

My Lullaby


Hush my angel we don't need a word

And counting sheep is just absurd

All thoughts but for me set aside

Relinquish all the concerns from outside

Your eyes closed to find sweet dreams

Before the new morning sends it's beams

No more concerns for the trials of today

Just drift off listening to my wordplay

Theres nothing sad in the cloak of darkness

Only the tenderness of my loving caress

So travel with me to a place without worry

Slowly and easily for there is no need to hurry

Safe and comfortable under your covers you lie

Enchanted by the tenderness of my lullaby

Off to your slumber you lovingly float

Here with me together on our dream boat

I'm only yours and you're only mine

Together sailing off into dreams so divine

My love is of a birth as rare
As 'tis for object strange and high:
It was begotten by Despair
Upon Impossibility.

Magnanimous Despair alone
Could show me so divine a thing,
Where feeble Hope could ne'er have flown

Be cramped into a planisphere.

As lines (so loves) oblique may well
Themselves in every angle greet:
But ours so truly parallel,
Though infinite, can never meet.

Therefore the love which us doth bind,
But Fate so enviously debars,
Is the conjunction of the mind,
And opposition of the stars.

Through the storm of snow. Of a white out squall in the cold blistering north. Driving very slowly as the winds blow back n forth.
The only thoughts going through my mind.
Is to make it home to the warmth I had left behind.
Been many years since I drove through weather like this.
Its been many years since I felt the warmth of a loving kiss.
Being in what seemed to me a better place.
Yet the loneliness of being alone is colder than any northern space.
Still the things that go in and out of my mind.
That I cant give up on love even if the sun refuses to shine.
Thats what its like to start all over again.
Losing myself and the things that had came to a end.
So here I am still wanting that love in my life.
Its the intamacy I miss the most, along with the restlessness of not having her waiting for me.With open arms and not thinking twice.
Yes there are things far worse then the freezing cold of the weather.
Not having someone to be with or the happiness of being together.
I ca'nt give up now. Not after all the bouts of grief.
Somewhere over the horizon. I still believe she will find me.

As i sit and ponder the future ahead,
I realize what cant be said,
I cant see the future or know what will be,
But the one thing i hope, youll be with me,

Its long till the end, in fact its just beginning,
But by the end, i see myself grinning,
That is it all, its what i want most,
For you should know, my hearts in the post,

Even though we are far apart,
When im awake you in my heart,
Youve captured me with your charms,
When im asleep, your in my arms,

The moon is our beacon, it can see us both,
An ocean between, from coast to coast,
I see you smile when i close my eyes,
When i taste your lips, my heart will rise,

So the future has many ways,
Many scenes of many plays,
I hope the future ends so true,
I hope it ends with me and you.
