What A Poet Said (Acrostic)

What is it that you write here on this page
How do you manage these words so scrambled
And sometimes people think that they make sense
These words so carelessly flung hither and tither
And yet, when ever so closer we shall look
Perhaps these words twist and twirl, a dance
Or so it seems, to some distant unheard music
Ever onwards, then upwards and outwards
Til finally they reach their final destination
So my friends, it is there I will leave you
And bid my final farewell, Adieu, adieu, adieu
I am gone, finished, concluded
Departed, left, not here

Marking Off, I LOVE YOU

Marking off, I LOVE YOU

I--- Imagine when you no longer think of ME but you begin to think of US, WE, BOTH starts the metamorphous.

L--- Long lingering kisses and returning for one last kiss before you go off to your home by your self can seem as infatuation.

O--- Ordering for two and realizing that it is just you this night and forgetting that you are still single not a couple.

V--- Volunteering for simple duties to help the person you care about so much that you begin to enjoy the simple things you can say or do to make them smile.

E--- Excitement of hearing their voice, seeing their picture, or simply seeing that person walk up to meet you gives you the sense of joy and happiness with a smile on your face.

Y--- You no longer signify the image of yourself but that someone special who you can’t seem to get out of your head and heart.

O--- Over and over you say the name and it begins to feel like a long lost friend that has no beginning or no end, but a completeness that jumps up out of nowhere.

U--- Usually catches you off guard when you come to realize, that when you are not with that other person you spend more time thinking of them than enjoying being alone.

About this poem:
I used the type that marked through the text and it was cute... but the test does not match here on the site.. a funny simple poem... The visual of marking off each one was better.. Oh well

About this poem:
I was pleased when she asked me to become friends on here...
the least I could do was writing for her.
My new Friend I tried my best (it was 6am, I'm a bit "slow" at that time :-P)

MAGDALENA

M-any times I dreamt to fly,
A-nd many times I just woke up without a sky,
G-rowing my mind with the desire of you,
D-ying my heart because no hopes were true,
A-nd felt like a space without the end,
L-eft alone hearing your "no" grabbing my hand.
E-rased are the feelings that once made me fly,
N-o more dreams
A-nd no more the man able to cry.

KASANDRA

K-now how you sometimes can feel
A-bout living a dream that no one can kill
S-earching for excitment, passion or love
A-nd hoping it will be pure like a flying dove.
N-othing can tell you what you will find
D-ead or alive inside your heart and your mind.
R-eading your soul is not easy task
A-ll I can say, you need a man with no mask!

Born Free with My First Breath!

Born free; I was with my very first breath
onto a path that progresses through death,
rendering my mind with language and the arts
nurturing my inner child from the start.

Free to choose my way, and then to choose the right
Remembering innate knowledge of the blue light,
entry and exit this portal; mine own choice
even if society decides whose voice

was not to be heard by patriarchal ears
intent as meant and said without deep felt fear.
Tumultuous path for seekers of the truth en route,
humility keeps us strong no matter the amount

…of…

maniacal laws, negative energy
yielding no obedience from you and me.

For we really were Born Free with our very first breath
intense, italicized carried from cradle to death.
Reiterating these words to all who try to enslave
sexuality, brain washing and suppress in caves
truth and answers we all need to discover in waves.

Burning divine light out before it begins
reversing the psychic damage deep within
every bend and curve in the river and path
anchored to our spirit like ball and chain stacked.

Together they wring us in fear and poverty.
However; with our first breath, we truly are born FREE!

D.A.R.K. P.A.S.S.E.N.G.E.R

D.own and deep in
A.t the bottom of a dissociative soul
R.ests the one I love and rests the one I hate the most
K.eeping me away from evil, hiding me away from me
P.rying from a good, safe distance
A.lmost like I'm there to be
S.ilent whisper that inhabits
S.elling peace for bloody bills
E.very time I’m week and tired, he’s got strength for us to be
N.ever stray or break, nor startle, only if I pay the fee
G.ranting him my self esteem to feed on
E.mty, sweet tranquillity, in a solitaire and hollow silence
R.ight until again he hisses ‘come on back and comfort me’

M.E.T.U.S. S.I.N.G.U.L.I.

M.EET WHAT YOU HAVE MADE
E.NOUGH TO LET GO?
T.IME WHISPERED YOUR TRUE NAME
U.NHEARED BY ANYONE.
S.TONES ONCE LAID WITH YOUR FIRE
S.TILL SLOW, WON’T WARM AGAIN.
I.NCENSIVE TRACE PASSED ON TO YOU
N.EVER MORE, FOR NON AGAIN, WILL FUME A FAMILLIAR TRAIL.
G.ONE ALL THIS WAY LOOKING AWAY, AND BACK FROM WHERE YOU’RE GOING
U.BIQUITOUSLY NOW – DESIDERATE!
L.EFT VOID WHEN PAID BACK, WHAT YOU’VE BORROWED
I.N AN EMPTY HEAVEN MADE ONLY FOR THOSE WHO LEAVE THE LIFE FOR TOMORROW

About this poem:
though of what i'm afraid of the most. the only thing that makes me terrified is, that I won't leave anything behind me, and I will be forgoten. That I often run so fast, one time I will not stop. That every minute I lived will have no meaning at all. That when I die, I will not have done anything worth holdin on to, and the heaven I build for myself will be void with nothing to remember, and nothing to look forward to, and it will be only me and everlasting run, just as I'm running through my life now, without a point.
