As much as I would love to have a fruit and yogurt smoothie everyday, I can't afford to get fresh fruit all the time. But in the absence of, I have been eating yogurt on an almost daily basis with breakfast. Got to say, it really does make my day better. Along with my Multi Grain Cheerios.
All the above except champagne & granola. I'm trying to eat healthier but I got a sweet tooth. I do like to eat I try to eat as much healthy stuff as I can afford. But I do indulge once in awhile. I've tried cutting cold turkey once on chocolate...it didn't work lol. Now I eat it but in moderation.
It makes me wonder tho....the more processed & unhealthy a food product is the more affordable it is. Where the more healthy & more natural & less processed....its more expensive. It should be the opposite. That's why some don't eat properly....its cheaper. And in the end it costs more....healthwise.

That's n always true, but you do have to shop around at places like the Strathcona farmer's market, or the one in St.Albert, or buy directly from the source. Biggest thing is, what do you want in your body?
