myself enjoy being alone.but ya,it not healthy to live alone forever..at least for me it was frightening one when i used to live alone and i got ill,that time i understood why people marry..

Singlehood is neither good nor bad. It is what it is. Some prefer singlehood, and some, like me, prefer to be married.
Interesting, though, that in Genesis in the Bible, God said, "It is not good for man to be alone." I guess that means marriage, which I am incredibly in favor of. Let the marriages begin.

agree with thisit really felt good to single after I got over the shock of my divorce - I have have grown a lot - learned a lot and have had a chance to become my own person
but there are times when it would be nice to have a partner - or at least someone to have sleepovers and movies with

I agree with you end enjoy my solitude. I don't think singlehood can be declared either good or bad...just what it is to each individual person. And, there are both positive and negative aspects of a single life.
If this is where I am right now, I'm not going to put my life on "hold" waiting for someone to come along. I have made a life for myself and intend to 'grow where I'm planted.'

There are more and more single people living on their own these days makes you wonder about human nature I find it rather confusing.
For example a couple are together 20 plus years and then it's over just like that. I often think what's it all about Alfie

Someone once said, "If you need to be married, you should remain single. If you don't need marriage, you should get married." What he meant by that is that a needy person who marries will just make their problems worse by marrying. a person who is perfectly happy being single will make the best marriage partner because this type
of person is comfortable in their own skin and they know what they want out of life. This makes total sense to me. If a person thinks that marriage will "complete" them, they might not be a good marriage partner. If the person is complete within, they make a much better marriage partner.

In my past, whenever long live-in type relationships ended, I would always tend to feel lonely and would actively look for someone else to fill the void.
But this time I've had a decade to get used to being single and it would take a lightning bolt to make me ever consider living with someone again.
That's not to say it couldn't happen. But I'm not looking for it.

As much as desire to be with someone - I have to say I agree with you completely. I think I am less willing to compromise on peace & happiness now as I am a little older. I'm not in it for the stuggle and "work" the relationship has to be on the balance a happy time
