No and a definite NO!!! One- there is no god, so that would mean there is no one to answer prayers. What have you, as an individual done to provide food for those who need it? Do you just sit in front of the computer and type without solving the problem of starvation in africa? Did anybody ask you for contribution to build a church?

Reincarnation does make a lot more sense to me then the religious BS. And science does not have any explanation for what there was before the big bang or what all these parallel universes are expanding in. I also am at a loss to understand what energy came from. If we're going to say it was always here, I just can't understand that. I mean if it never began, how could it be here ? HERE ? what's that ? Eternity ? What's that ? And what is energy made of ? Is it something ? Or nothing ?
Why are we here ? Obviously to experience life and I agree with you GOOD and BAD.

It appears he/she/it gave us free will and a conscience, and with that consequences and benefits of our and others actions.
By experiencing our lives we do get the lessons and hopefully evolve spiritually, some do stay stuck, but I have no idea if that leads to "Enlightenment". And if it does, then what?
All I know is that there is a mystery to it all and I see that mystery as being God.
I have a notion that we ARE in heaven. Heaven not being that blissful place of religion after life. It is because of Faithful types that we collectively have made Hell out of this heaven we are in.
So why are we here ? To learn the lessons and use our brains God gave us and use our free will and make this existence of ours more heavenly. That would be enlightenment.
I have read your post many times even when i don't respond to you and thought you were begotted. Now i am seeing a man who want's to know. I challenge you then by the experience i have that you take the bible, pray with an open mend(heart) asking God to give you a revelation because you are confuse. tell him that you most sincerely want to know him and his truth and that you will go through his word in search of him. Then read it all from Genises to revelation and tell me when you are done if your thoughts are the same. Ignorance in itself is not a shameful thing. fact is everyone is ignorant of something. It is a shame though for a person to assume a thing is wrong and vehemently speak against it even though they have never gone in search of the facts. to observe a thing from a distant can never tell all there is and most times such observation will give false outcome. You think God would be a wise God if he solves all earth problems now? He would be a liar. He said all these things would come about because of sin and man's wickedness. The global polution causing chaos all over but instead you blame God. instead of man changing their standards, man expect God to bow. Well behold, he is not a priminister that can be voted out nor a king that can be assassinated. He is God almighty and he promise to clean this place in his time. You don't have to believe now. There is always one that quacks like a duck. As Im writing this there is at least one child who has died from starvation and another from illness and you think a newborn has sinned? And you think god has time for you when he can stand by and watch this happening every minute of the day.

Yes, I believe God always answers prayers, maybe not always the way and time we want him to. But he answers them according to his will. I believe his timing is perfect.
It is my belief that we are all our own god. Meaning that, we have the power to control our own lives, we are the ones to make things happen and that no invisible deity is going to find a cure to end cancer, or stop all the horrible things that happen around the world everyday.
When we pray, are are strengthening our own motivation to change what is happening at the moment.
Praying makes us feel good and we should continue to do it because when you feel good about what you do, it's like a chain reaction for something else good to happen. You might think it happened because you prayed and there's nothing wrong with that.

I'm sure IF there is a God, that He knows my heart, and I'm sure She knows what She is doing. I'm sure It does not need my advice.
There is that confusion that I try to point out, in everyones mind. No one knows the answers to these questions, including Jesus Christ and Steven Hawkins or the Pope.
Some of us, like myself, are comfortable knowing that. I call it the Mystery and don't attribute all the nonsense religion does, to it. No eternal condemnation.
I do read religious works, including the bible and don't consider any of it to be the word of God.
