wishing iz a tricky thing. if you make a wish that you truly desire, you will be motivated to help make things hapen in that direction. if you make an empty wish, or one rooted from greed, you will usualy make choices to that path, but in doing so leave your happiness behind. this all may be b.s. its just an observation. may your choices lead to happiness and fruitful life.

25,000 kids a day die for starvition in Africa. So I guess when they pray to get some food or water , god is either deaf or simply not powerfull enough to do anything about that...

That's the kind of answer we say to ourselves (not me personally , Im not a believer obviously, we as in human race) to not feel responsable about that... Doesnt matter if they are suffering coz god will take them to his kingdom... then I don't need to do anything for the human being by my side...

Good stuff.
Reincarnation does make a lot more sense to me then the religious BS. And science does not have any explanation for what there was before the big bang or what all these parallel universes are expanding in. I also am at a loss to understand what energy came from. If we're going to say it was always here, I just can't understand that. I mean if it never began, how could it be here ? HERE ? what's that ? Eternity ? What's that ? And what is energy made of ? Is it something ? Or nothing ?
Why are we here ? Obviously to experience life and I agree with you GOOD and BAD.
Can't have one without the other. God and the Devil are one and the same.
It appears he/she/it gave us free will and a conscience, and with that consequences and benefits of our and others actions.
By experiencing our lives we do get the lessons and hopefully evolve spiritually, some do stay stuck, but I have no idea if that leads to "Enlightenment". And if it does, then what?
All I know is that there is a mystery to it all and I see that mystery as being God.
I have a notion that we ARE in heaven. Heaven not being that blissful place of religion after life. It is because of Faithful types that we collectively have made Hell out of this heaven we are in.
So why are we here ? To learn the lessons and use our brains God gave us and use our free will and make this existence of ours more heavenly. That would be enlightenment.
