I part agree.. people who have little to stress about are generally more friendly, because they don't have the worries about them..
I don't entirely agree it is always going to be politicians, because I think they come to office with grand intentions, but for exactly the same reasons that we are curbed by our speech, pc ,
they are too, and often to retain office, they have to follow policies and procedures that curb them...
So , I think what happens then, is while we think for ourselves and our extended families, friends, colleagues,
Politicians take on a role to think for the best of their general portfolio, and therein, not being able to please all of the people , they are maligned..
I think this about Obama actually... I think, if he had a free reign, he would certainly do things a little differently.. and he would do it for the good of the majority of the people.
