Replying solely based on personal experience and with no desire to cause offence to any reader
None of the races listed are ones I think of as 'cold', in most cases very much the opposite. The hospitality of the northern and eastern european races mentioned in particular, is legendary.
I can see why a person might be drawn to suggest a far-eastern race but if I was to step into those dangerous waters, it wouldnt have been the chinese I'd name anyway. A little more emotionally withdrawn at times but there is no shortage of kindness or warmth among them once initial rigid formality is got through.

Going by videos I have seen, I clicked on the Chinese. If a road accident is filmed with a dashcam, very, very rarely do you see anyone get involved. They will carry on with their lives ignoring the person under a car or bleeding to death at the roadside.

Actually every nationality has its share of cold people, they might be cold due to the way they have been treated, or they think that they are above the rest. There is good and bad people in every nationality, But the coldest people are the Politicians, once they lose their aspect on the REAL people who make this world work, they become complete a**hole. Lets face it, People aren't weird, people are UNIQUE!
