minnieme2: Dislike and can rarely tolerate all/any of the above, plus those who have no regard for the environment (litter louts) and those who are cruel to animals. I think condescending and patronising would be the ones I'd hate the most. But they're all pretty close.
The dishonest and the shameless take the top spot.
And I don't like those who try to be cool or on-the-pulse and fail miserably: The geography teacher who tries to be down the kids, the hipsters who pretend to be down with the man on the street, Paul McCartney etc..

Dishonest is a good one.
Shameless depending on how bad what they've done is, can be harmless and funny in mild cases, but I know what you mean.

me too and women who overdo calling everyone sweety or darling especially those they've only just clapped eyes on. So fake!
Me neither, and I wouldn't want to be a goodie two shoes!

Pompousness and arrogance tops my list of character traits I dislike but my tolerance is low for all that you've mentioned as well.
