It's very hard enough as is to find the perfect woman for me.
Once I find her I surely won't be willfully sharing her with another man. snooty smile

One goodman would be enough for me and if I had one I would no way want to share him,

I wouldn't want another either,

Still if others do their business and maybe some take another because their partner sick or something I don't know each to their own but wouldn't be my thing,.

MADDOG69: Yeah. I kinda blew that out of the water on the last discussion I had before with a few polytards. My point was reinforced by the fact that brain chemistry makes us unhappy if our various needs are not met within 1 partner in term of *love* and everything else. It leads to a certain dissonance.

The only thing you kinda blew was yourself. laugh

Theories, with limited study, are not facts. Doesn't mean you aren't entitled to your own opinion, but there's no justification, or reason you should try to apply it to anyone, or everyone else.

People are free to live their lives as they see fit, and in whatever way works for them.

I'm pretty sure I blew you out of the water aswell with the other 2. laugh

Yeah sure, people are free to live their lives.... but not try to justify that to everyone else on false grounds. Which is what was happening. The cognitive dissonance was strong. dancing

I'd love it if you could show me how.....seeing as how your "study" was done on a small controlled number, by a religious group. It'd be impossible to come to any conclusion other than what one wanted to see for an outcome. roll eyes

People shouldn't have to justify their lives to anyone, period, and there were no falsehoods on my behalf. Your cognitive reasoning, as well as your study, were seriously flawed. Anyone that read that thread(s), or this one, will realize it. You've attacked people that can (and do) live their lives freely in that manner before, which has absolutely no justification, seeing as it's not your life.

You can have your opinion, but to refer to people as "tards", only shows how "tarded" you really are in your own personality. It's a lowly and underhanded way of trying to gain popularity for your beliefs, and in the end, life isn't a popularity contest.

Wasn't my study. And there was others. The ones that stick out in my mind are the brain chemistry ones. And it demonstrated that you can't love 2 people the same way, because the brain will always produce different chemicals for the reaction to 2 or more different people. If you then try to think that you love them the same way. You end up with psychological problems.

Now a bunch of weirdos on a internet site trying to justify it and saying that you can love more that 1 person the same way, when there's science to say that you can't... you have to start asking why those people keep saying it.

If I call people tards... some of the time it's from what I know of them,... besides the thread itself.

Tell us, Harry, did you ever meet up with UNO when you were here in Ireland, afterwards? wave

henonpause: A lot of people have said it's better to have an open relationship where you are free to date / sleep with other men/women whilst still continuing to see each other.

Personally, it's not for me, but how do you feel about it?

That's called dating - -not a relationship !!
