raphael119: APPLAUSE for peaches!
I have two first dates with two beauties next week... been a long time. They wanted to go to art shows then dinner. I said coffee will be best. About a year ago I had a first date, a meal with a lady, rich, big connections, and crazy as a hoot owl. Very awkward and sad. At least she wasnt violent. Turned me off to dating.
raphael, meet the hoo hoot owl ,, you remind me of this,,
twazzle70: If said man loved her so much in the first place he should have been intelligent enough not to have done whatever he did to lose her. If infidelity was an issue then the chances are the relationship would never be the same again even if it was saved.. i.m.o.
Obstinance_Works: Simply put he is either using her as a convenient option, or, he's taken her for granted and didn't realise what he had until it's gone. 80% of the time it's one of these two.
KremaP: Well, I know men that try their best to win the woman back just because She was the one that put an end to their relationship. If they manage to win her back they usually dump her after a short while. Stroking their hurt egos...me thinks... PS. It happens vice versa...
Some sort of "you cannot do this to me, I can't stand this, I 'll show you who is wearing the trousers in this house"?! It sounds like a revenge.

why bother its over its over just think of all the heartache and hurt caused when going out move on some new
Twice i told her it is over. Twice she said "please take me back"". Third time, was over for good. Been a long time. Cannot even recollect, what my feelings were then.-All i know, it was the right decision.
roselilac111: Sorry! ***** Why a man tries to win his woman back?*****

mollybaby: Sometimes you break up because life/circumstances get in the way. Nothing to do with the love/friendship of the couple.
If those circumstances change and improve, there is nothing to stop them getting back together and being happy.
I kind of like what you are saying here because it makes sense and goes against the conventional wisdom that "an ex is an ex for a reason." I can't imagine allowing such a sweeping generalization govern how I feel about people that have been so close to me

YES. Same circumstances, same problems. Also comes down to whether there was anything special there in the first place. If there was, it is worth trying. If there wasn't, it isn't.

I agree Viv. No point in doing exactly the same thing the same way. It will again end up the same way...badly
there are many reasons people break up.....not always because of a third party........it seems, everyone thinks the worst. into days world....stress...is a big factor...arguments occur...things are said....and you wished, you could have bitten your tongue before saying it.we shout/scream...but who at..????..the world i think....because no matter how hard you try....you seem toget deeper into debt.....blame the world...not your spouse.....if this is the case..two people getting back together again...is,nt a bad thing......(if thats the case)...jmo. my 2 cents worth.
