Hey Aragorn, how are you doing?
It is unbelievable the amount of crapology these con artists produce - "If affects them, it doesn’t count." . The sad part of all this is that it shows how the American political system is weak.
Aragorn11: Not being the most offensive on here is a low bar and the offense doesn't bother me in the slightest.
Think he got a time out
It's the hypocrisy I don't get J.
''The left are voilent thugs''
Yeah, some are, Now do the Right
Biden lies.
Oh yeah, now do trump
And nothing.
It really is sad to see so many taken in by Trump, a once enviable country brought down to a TV reality game show level. It will take a lot to regain the respect America once held.

All good Bogart, ta.
The corruption is rife and like all walks of life its who you know, and if there's no accountability it will grow. The American system confuses me, I really don't understand how one man has so much power. Think it's the last vestiges of white man governance and both parties are going to have to reconsider their policies going forward given the record turnout which was great to see. Courts seem to be doing their job so far, thankfully.
Seen a video earlier of two trumpists arguing with a reporter that votes should be counted where trump is winning and stopped where he is losing . They ended the conversation with the J in donald j trump stands for genius Am technologically deficient, otherwise I would have given you a laugh.

I blame O'Bama, the black guy was elected too early, which gave a grifter like trump the opportunity, and by can he virtue signal
I found an interesting article a couple of days ago....if you're American, look away now.
"Biden Won. But Has Trump Broken America?
America is Fracturing as a Society Because About Half of Americans Don’t Want to Live in a Democracy.
Biden won — so Trump seems to be attempting a coup. And meanwhile, this election has revealed just how bitterly, painfully divided America really is. So much so that “divided” — the word that pundits have come to use — is an understatement and mischaracterization. The truth is that America’s undergoing what might better be called “social fracture” — it is a society that is badly broken as a society, as a group of people with shared values, especially modern and civilized ones. Americans no longer seem to have those left in common.
When a society can’t agree on ends, it fractures. Democracy breaks down. The more extreme side turns authoritarian. That’s what happened in America. Trumpists — rural undereducated whites, but, and this is important to say, plenty of educated and rich ones too, don’t agree on the basic ends of democracy anymore. That everyone — everyone — should be equal in their pursuit of life, liberty, happiness. That maybe having healthcare and retirement and childcare and science and logic and education are necessary components of that pursuit. That maybe guns and religious law hinder that pursuit more than help it. This group of Americans will not agree with a modern, functioning democracy’s ends, never really have, and don’t appear capable of learning from anything, even mass death."
That's just a short extract, for the rest of the articlexpected, which raises some very good points....
Bode: I think it goes deeper than the article suggests, there has been an underlying social breakdown for some decades, simmering below the surface, Trump merely acted as a catalyst and allowed this disenchanted mass to voice their dissatisfaction, he then cashed in on that unrest as a "Saviour," becoming a cult god if you will. Trump has done absolutely zero to try and reunite his country, indeed he has added fuel to a raging fire and exasperated an already divided and confused nation. Like most cults, the members are typically the last ones to realise they have been used.
Is trump the real deal? He is far better than biden...who gas dementia and just a place holder for rolf harris to step on...in a few months...if the democraps get away with stealing the election....the far left agenda is ready and climate change greta is ready...depoluation and reductions in the carbon foot print...the gates deadly vaccine could be the answer and sheeples still asleep to it all

That's exactly right. I only posted a short extract, the first part from the beginning, the second part from towards the end. In between is very similar to what you've said.
It certainly touched on the lawlessness of this presidency where he can ride roughshod over the constitution, which is there to protect the citizens, and the gop let him, and his followers don't actually care. The mind boggles, but will have a read in morning.

all good here.ty
American politics is immature and tribalistic and its based on money. the megarich control all political agenda and their puppets (Congress /White House) act purely on their behalf as they are elected with the support of the Super-PACs . Thats not democracy.
I dont think those two parties are going to change the "system".The ""differences" are manufactured by the political parties to keep themselves in power and away from third parties.
It is not a democracy. Showcracy at its best - loud, obnoxious, and fake. not entertaining.

But the all-knowledgeable trump cult will respond by saying the US is not a Democratic republic, disregarding all the wars the US has started to force other countries to become democracies lol. Until America stops the lobbying, their political structure will never change. I still have hope that after 4 years of pathetic leadership by Trump and then another 4 years of similar poor leadership by Biden, a good and decent leader will emerge from the independent arena. Someone who can return American politics back to how it was originally intended, A country that works for the people by the people.

you hit two key points, and
a) the farce of selling "democracy" is a business (money supply -dollar needs new market mainly) b)lobbying as a legal "force" I really hope they can manage it in the future
regarding bringing "country that works for the people by the people", I don't believe it will be possible soon; as it would require a revolution and the political education is not supported for that. Look the way Americans vote and
US is really only a one party system, and the show goes on for the mass.

You may well be correct, but I have faith that Americans will learn from their mistakes and make good again, but agree it will take time unless there is a civil war in the next 6 months of course, then all bets are off lol All good in the UK, slowly acclimatising to the British weather
Mongo_lives: Mongos pet ox not dead. Mongo not know why you say was? :confused?
Mongo thinks Joe bidet is a silly name for an ox.
Sorry Mongo I meant to say, is not was. And you're right Joe Bidet is a silly name for an Ox. It's also a silly name for something that's used for washing nether regions.
He ought to be melting with over two dozen fake Trump campaign cases thrown out and counting..
Here are 7 of the most ridiculous moments in Rudy Giuliani’s performance in Trump’s election case
on November 18, 2020
By Cody Fenwick, AlterNet - Commentary
In a Pennsylvania case that is widely viewed by legal experts as frivolous and ridiculous, President Donald Trump decided to let his attorney Rudy Giuliani — who perfectly embodies those adjectives — make the argument that he hopes will win back the election he just lost. The former New York mayor appeared before a court on Tuesday for the first time in decades, according to the Washington Post, and promptly embarrassed himself with a litany of errors, mistakes, and baffling decisions that left observers cackling.
Giuliani was not always regarded as a complete sideshow. He ran the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and he was mayor of the country’s largest city during the 9/11 attacks. But in his time as Trump’s attorney, he has turned into a preposterous spectacle with little grounding in reality or law. Nevertheless, his involvement with the president’s campaign at this time is also darkly sinister, as it is using absurd and meritless arguments in an attempt to overturn the 2020 election or, barring that, cast so much doubt on the legitimacy of the vote that it is permanently marred in the minds of Trump’s supporters. ON THE PODCAST: Journalist claims Georgia Senate race 'stolen'
It’s therefore worthwhile to emphasize just how off-the-wall Giuliani’s conduct and arguments are, which should help undermine the GOP’s disinformation campaign against democracy. Here are seven ridiculous moments from his case before the court:
Having a political cult movement is harmful to the entire western world. A political cult is a path to dictatorship, Trump wants to be president for life, and the duped are helping him succeed. Remember how cult members killed themselves? Cultism is a form of brainwashing, and it is obvious to the world that Trump is the leader of a dangerous and dishonest cult.
On November 18, 1978, Peoples Temple founder Jim Jones leads hundreds of his followers in a mass murder-suicide at their agricultural commune in a remote part of the South American nation of Guyana. Many of Jones' followers willingly ingested a poison-laced punch while others were forced to do so at gunpoint.
Trump is just a new version of Jim Jones, but more dangerous.
