I don't know about cycling fish but during WWI AND WWII I believe women were not allowed to enlist... War was a man's world and women weren't invited... although there were a few women pilots ... and women took up all the men's jobs while the men were away at war ...------ This poll is Archived ------

I can not speak to all cultures but some govts would create victims regardless of gender and de-value humanity.Those marching orders are easily followed when indoctrinated as children.
