The last 2 comments are absolutely correct!, one of the things l always follow is that when l am introduced to anyone l feel that the way they say their name is the way they like to be known.
I knew a guy Johnathon who got irate when people called him John!,
l also hsd a girlfriend who changed my name, and decided she liked something else...................it did'nt last!

My name is official Jenny, yet many call me Jenn. Yes I do prefer to be called Jenny.
Lol it is short and snappy just like the way I am.
It seems that others find Jenn more endearing so I say nothing.

Mine were kicked of yet they were not distorted like yours.

No...not just you. I agree. I think the pic is inappropriate for a main profile pic. I don't have pics on here of my sons for their protection. My dogs, yes. My sons, no.
To answer the original question...I also prefer to be called by my name.
