The biggest problem I see is that the Republicans put someone up who looked and acted like the old establishment. Not that he was anything like Bush, just that he was that his roots ran too deep in Washington. The people were in despair and and they were looking for a CHANGE. Bush was the best reason that people could find to NOT vote for McCain, not that they truly wanted Obama.

It is cruel and unusual punishment. To confine a teen away from human contact, is cruel and unusual punishment....and will be a legal arguement to release him prior to a life sentence is completed.
