I'm guessing the real world wasn't working for you or you wouldn't be here.

I do have fun here! Fun is great, but I came onto CS to find a lady. I got addicted to CS during the time I was recovering from my surgery. Now I find I spend way too much time here and I should be out 'there' looking for her. She won't show up here.
azdesperado72: Nope, seems to me that this site is like everywhere else. Everyone judges a book by its cover and won't even get into a conversation with someone to get to know them.
Not that the above quote is 100% applicable to me, I find it to be unfortunately....tragically , all too true for some of the people that I'm familiar with on this site. That is such a shame, but it seems many of us find this to be all too true on a very personal basis by many who always seem to be in complete reverse of what they preach about not being judgmental of others when approached by someone 'unusual'; but then again, aren't we all 'unusual' being unique...
As for myself, perhaps, but it would be rather pointless at this point in my life in actually pursuing the possibilities. The main reason being that I gave up a long time ago and now seemingly age differences and cultural background would count for nothing, but location does and even any type of diplomatic status bars one on a no-fly list from certain countries, nor having her visit here due to very unpredictable political situations. Life is really one pile of merde after another so perhaps in another Life it will be better. All I can do is hope...this one is hopeless. We are not guaranteed to have someone in any Life and sadly, there is not a someone for everyone so we either do without or settle for whom we can get...

I totally understand John....been considering visiting the CS withdrawl clinic myself...
