BrunoMcMahon:
Obama and Bush are symptoms of a problem. They are not the problems.

Clear enough?

Very good.

Jackson: How DARE you ask this question, Jess47??!! "Dud" has been inciting Obama "mania" here for MONTHS! So, to answer your question, NO, he DOES NOT have any other interests!!! (At least he does NOT appear to have other interest based on my personal experience here on CS!!!)

Dud & Indyfella & "The_Kansan"--not to mention OTHERS--have had an opinion on this subject for months, and months.......and months.....ad infinitum....ad nauseum!!

My (quite SERIOUS) question is: why the FREAK does Dud have an opinion AT ALL?????????? Last I looked, "Dud" was NOT even an AMERICAN CITIZEN???

It is called the "United States of AMERICA" because WE are an INDEPENDENT group of VOLUNTEERS who LEFT Europe by CHOICE!!!!!!!!!

Get OVER YOURSELF, DUD? ("DUDE")! Americans do NOT (in any WAY, SORT, or FASHION!) need nor WANT your pitiful, whiny-assed, unsolicited/undesired opinion!

JMHO, Jess!

Jackson!
Jackson, your a gem! Apparently, some here believe they are global citizens and act accordingly....

pattismith: well then keep to yourselves, and dont impose on the rest of the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!! simple really!!
If only the reat of the world would leave us alone. We could save billions by getting out of NATO, letting Japan face off against China and the S. Koreans handle the North. What a wonderful world it would be.

pattismith: well really its simple, its ok for americans to judge other countries, but cant handle it when the mirror is turned back on them, EVEN THO you have the most impact on world affairs??

is this not true?
have i missed where the US is no-longer a super-power?
Many countries have world impact, but no, according to Kevin Rudd, we are fast losing our superpower status, and not too soon either if it means we can have dud complaining about China from now on. BTW, Most of us do not judge other countries as average citizens.

newlife09: This is like dividing by zero, my dear.So how is this any different than Bush getting handed a speech by ghost writers? The days of presidents crafting their own speeches was gone well before Reagan. Remember his "wait for laughter" flub?

And again, the Buck Stops Here certainly didn't reside on Bush's desk.

we haven't even scratched the surface of Obama's presidency. Remember at this point in W's, the debate was how he spent more vacation than any other at this point...no one remembers that portion anymore, it's Iraq, 9/11, the economy, scandals, etc.
Excuses, excuses.

Abram: Nothing hypnotic, or subliminal about it newlife, only a willing audience looking for someone to substantiate their passions of equality, possessions, and ease of obtaining them. "Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. Theoretic politicians, who have patronized this species of government, have erroneously supposed that by reducing mankind to a perfect equality in their political rights, they would, at the same time, be perfectly equalized and assimilated in their possessions, their opinions, and their passions."
Very nice post, keep them coming.

pattismith: so rally the troops and get people informed

if there is that much info out there about how bad he's doing,
then let people know whats going on

and by the way, lobby to get the chaser's war on everything over to your country
you guys need a bit of truth serum
They have rallied as in the tea parties for one example. There isn't much critical digging media-wise on his policies except on conservative blogs.

Hot_Single_Dude: Come on Bushney,s and Bushney,s Endorsers! Give it your best Shot! Where are all the Bushney,s gone? They were all Crippled as Cheney was when they left the House and not even in here you guys can do any thing no more! Make my day! Try your best to win this poll
You have lost your mind completely. You don't know anything about Obama or Bush. This country has been going downhill for the last forty years as far as financial disasters are concerned. Here's a quick lesson in economics. If the stock market loses every day to the total amount of 500 points, it has to rebound by 501 points before you can say that the stocks are up. THAT HASN'T happened and it's not going to anytime soon. Stop blaming Bush for the problems of the world. You sound like Obama and his team of inexperienced buffoons.

Last I heard, they didn't like democrats very much..having killed one.

thus, koolaid is and always will be a trademark of the conservative nutjob.

Here...have a glass.
Sorry, Jim Jones was a DEMOCRATIC ward-heeler who also helped get Harvey Milk elected.

pattismith: well why do you think he got elected??

and if you say its cos he was black, well then perhaps a minority voted for him cos of that

but most didnt

why do you think they voted that way?
There was the historic thing for many by voting in a black as President, the worsening economic news, which made McCain as a republican look bad, and other issues.

newlife09: remember what we learned under Bush...
Speaking ill of the president during war only emboldens the terrorists, comforts them, and causes death to our soldiers.

So why do you hate America?
No, acting like a bunch of dhimmi's who don't think the country's worth fighting for does that, i.e. Cindy Sheehan.

BrunoMcMahon: Ahhhh, OK your pal in the shades tells me I hate America and you seem to think I never try anything new.

You boys have any data to back these statements up or are you just pulling stuff out of your.... ummmmm......hats?

I don't suppose it's you two can't accept that anyone could disagree with a couple of important dudes like you could it?

NAW!!!!!!

So far it is not a crime not to join the cheering section for Barry the O. Until it is I think I won't bother to pertend to be happy about him being in office.

He can't do any more harm than that nice peanut farmer did and he'd have to work damn hard to to do as much harm.

I just hope he grows into the job a lot faster than he appears to be doing now.
Economically, he probably will do more harm.

TxGuy1306: How interesting that so many of our "foreign correspondents" have such a high opinion of our current president, and such a demeaning opinion of our previous chief executive. Truth be told, neither can be judged at the present time concerning their effectiveness in leading this great nation into the future. That assessment will be made at some point in time when all of the nuances of their leadership can be properly sorted out in a much fuller context.l

i dont see how being foreign can stop me from having an opinion your commander in chief
dunno
