I watched Obama react when a teleprompter failed. Not his best moment. Each Administration is different and unique.....GWB said that when he took office....they did not forsee being a war time
President. That soon changed, yes?
But initially GWB was set up his administration as a peace time
administration. Pretty easy to do that on vacation.

Robert F. Kennedy made a prediction for political reasons and another generation will think differently about blacks being elected for the U.S. Presidency.
