A CS Get togather is so a GROUP of Singles Can Share Time TOGATHER, Learning who may be there Match, If we went to a distracting Expensive Place, we would be Going In Circles trying to keep up with The Jones, and DISTRACT those who Really want to meet, the Others, The Atmosphere Must be right for it to be Successful....

Example, You will NOT get to Know others Scattered thruout a Casino, Clicking Buttons, or watching Prostitudes, Flagging down Tricks...

After You Meet and find your Match, THEN Vegas may be a Trip for two , to enjoy each others Company....

Update, I spent last night on the Internet looking at Hotels , Flight Pkgs,Ect, so I am Working on this, befor I make a Definut Decision, I am going to Go to the airpot area, and LOOK< at the Big Picture, so Today or Thursday, I will do that and Hopefully soon People Can Start Scheduling There Flights Ect.... This one will be a Sucess, and I an looking to make it Fisable and User Friendly...
Example: some shuttle busses only run from 5 am to 11 pm and some Run 24 hrs a day, some DONT Have Shuttle Busse to the Hotels, and some will even bring you to local Resteraunts ect, so that is why I am taking time and putting effort into this, To be the Best overall for everyone, and Thank everyon for Being Patient.... We will Meet in the Bar- Lounge Area to the left side at main entrance, opposite of the Checkin Counter..... At 5:00 PM, CST, There is a Happy Hour Starting at 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Will be at Embassy Suites (At Kansas City International Airport Location)7640 NW Tiffany Springs Pky. Kansas City, Missouri Tel.1-816-891-7788 Direct 1-816-801 2221

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. April 9th-12th 2010
If any one can only stay a couple of days, that is Fine too!I will get a sign up sheet soon, and still have a few details to work out...

Everyone will Schedule their Own Rooms and Flights, I would start by suggesting Travelosity, and get a Vacation Pkg... which would be Round trip tickets, and Motel Fees and/ Rental Car if so desired.... I set this up so we May get by without a Car, unless you want to visit Sites ect.... I am still checking to see about Group rates, and these Suites and have An extra Bed or fold out sofa, for any wanting to share expences and Share a room... Here is a link to start with for Rates! MAKE SURE to look at the Embassy Suites at Kansas City International airport, and NOT the plaza, or another location...

I Actually Rode 33 Miles to the Airport Yesterday to LOOK, and I was Glad i did, as Many of these Motels would NOT have been Capable of Handleing a LARGE GROUP.... This is a Very Cosy Set up with room for a Hundred or more people if Nessasary, I would like to see this Be the Best Get togather Yet, There is 3 other motels a Ruby Tuesdays, a waffle shop, a Crakerbarrel Resteraunt -Gift Shop, and a 3:00AM Night Club all withing walking distance......




Many Motels had NOTHING arround them, Handy, so this looks like we could have 200 People and still be Ok, I have No Clue how many will come, But Boy Scouts Motto, BE PREPAIRED!

These other Motels are somewhat cheaper, tho as i said, not Capable of a Large Croud at once.... And you get what you Pay for! If You MUST, I will share these if needed, but all Togather here would be the Best.... Heated Pool... Free Breakfast every Morning to order, and should be totally Remodeled By April... The Meeting Rooms are Extra and will just all pitch in for one if deemed Nessary....
I will try to get a signup Sheet soon and wait a few days before scheduling tickets to see if I can get any Discounts, I have the Phone # to Director of Catering who handles alot on the Groups..... It is alot of Work to set this up so please be patient and Please be Nice, this can Really be Fun, and i am doing My Best for One Person, Thanks for Your Patients and Hospitally, Sincerely, Hotrod-Larry

Thumper, One that i do know of Now is Smithville Lake Campground IT is Aprox. 12 Miles away , with Power, There is also Two Conservation parcels but not sure which is closer and Maybe No Power, but one is Platte River Conservation Area ... Smithville has some Charges for campers , be like 10 Dollars an night, or week pass probably, Just look up either on the net...:thumbsup or park there.
