Big_John: Has he thought about putting up a Meeting Thread and have people sign up to find out how many people are thinking of attending? If it is dozens and 100's he plan is okay. If it is just a few of us then we should modify the plan and adjust to what they want.

I went down to the Airport and went inside, and some 4 star Motels, couldnt handle 40 people at once..... CS would be PISSED at me for bringing them to a lame atmosphere!
This is why I went there and spent a Half a Day going into Motels to see if they could accomadate a Tight group of 25- 150 , I have no clue how many, But if we bring 300, I can pull it off ha, Boy Scouts Motto John, Be Prepaired!
Tho A Campout is nice too, BUT people flying in wont have much camping gear on a plane, tents, Blankets ect then shop to get its justnot good for Many, HECTIC and Chaious.... there are Cheaper Motels right there, BUT,They arent The Setting we Need..

aenigmabella: How about New Jersey, which is close to New York, or San Jose, which is close to San Francisco. These two places are more affordable and are close to big cities so if we want to do something, we can always head to the cities.

Hi Apples Oranges and all who were interested, I have sent 2 requests to the CS Mods/Staff for approval and a sign up sheet Twice now, and done all the search for Motels ect. we just need a sign up sheet, i will have to do a Third Request i Guess, I am sure everyone thinks i am draging my feet, tho i cannot be too prompt wating on CS, as i understand they dont have alot of staff, Please Be Patient as I am too, I will submit a third Request, Thanks everyone, so be patient, i will do this a third time, Hotrod Hope to get a sign up sheet soon!

I met HiFi and Desertguy together. Hung out with Desertguy for a while. That's my best friend. Love him to death. I chat with HiFi on Facebook and talk with him on the telephone occasionally. I think the world of him, too.
