United States Get Together Where and When? (284)

sassy49senior: Judy, what a sweetheart you are to care about so many of us. As of right now I can not travel any distance until my knee surgery. It is now scheduled for Oct.22nd. But please, if everyone wants to meet before Christmas do it. I also want to meet so many of you. I don't really care myself if it is a place where there are not a lot of things to do. Just sitting around drinking some of my famous Sassy luv coffee and chatting to get to know one another is enough for me.
Myself, I would rather that. I want to meet and get to know all you people, not be bouncing around to see this or that. 
I would like to suggest that somebody pick a place and dates and generate a meeting Thread and have serious people either sign up or not. Then we will know whether this is going to happen or not.

I think the reason for this is Ireland is approx 140th
the size of the US, the same size as Indiana in fact.
When you consider the amount of members living in
Ireland and the comparatively small distances to travel
its no surprise the meets are well attended. Much the same
applies to Malta I guess.
