An what comes to Mind is this is "NOT" A Date where one would Go on your Dream Vacation....
This would be a Place to MEET Many.... and Get aquainted, so THEN you, Dream vacation, would be Secondary....
I do still feel a CENTRAL LOCATION, would only be Fair, as having it on the west coast wouldnt be Fair to those on the East coast having to travel nearly 3500 miles to go to the Opposite Coast, so I agree with Judy on Central.....
Unless there would be more than one, This would be a different story, but we eliminate meeting so many this way! Thats my thoughts again!!!!

Larry, there is no location that is fair to all.
It is more expensive to fly to Arkansas or Colorado than it is to fly to LA from NYC or vice versa. The heavier traveled routes are the cheapest.
My concern is that if this takes place in the middle of nowhere, then there won't be much else to do. I think it'd be nice to be somewhere where there's other stuff one can do for entertainment other than head down to old smokey's biker bar, y'know.

I do agree, Middle of No where, would be extreem, tho somewhat outskirts area that would leave some options, but Heart of a City would Suck too, as Crime, Winos, Ect Invade the streets, and take away from the whole Purpose....
Example: When Crime is at Hand, nobody is comfortable, looking over Shoulder 24/7, I have Lived that Life, and thats why i am Living Outskirts... I can be in St Joseph, Mo, in 20 Minutes, The opppsite way, I can be At Smithville Lake in 20 Miniutes, KCI airport in 30 minutes, and Downtown in 50 Minutes..
Tho I do agree, middle of nowhere, would be An Extreem, as well as In the Heart of a city, Would be extreem Too... so a remote Place Close to events, would be Good....

I think you're right. The distances to cover make it extremely difficult to get anything off the ground really. Maybe easier to do quarter region meets or something like that.

Hi Scuba, I did mention Central unless it wer Broke down in to smaller reigons as you said here. Then it may alklow some to go 250 miles, over traveling 2000 miles....
so Quarter reigons, could be good, but less opportunity to meet some that we may want to meet, example If i wanted to meet yo and you go to a different Reigon, I miss that opportunity.... so it is kind ofg a toss up, tho as the one scheduled in Newyork a while back was canceled, as not enough people, and as Bodeling saiud St louis only abot 5 showed up,.... so all would be nice in one place..... One big Gig, instead of 4 that dont produce, Maybe devided into 2 Meeting Points, would be more productive than one??????????????
But One would be nice for all... that way we meet everyone... Not just half
