You, me, what? plan this? Larry, I'm flip-flopping between Germany and France right now. It would make much more sense for someone in the US to do this. Realistically, I'll drive to a place in the north-east in Nov/early Dec, but it's just too much stress to add another long distance trip to the schedule, to be honest.
What I can do is organize one in Honolulu in Feb or March if enough people were interested.

I have Been Talking with Judy and agree that a Central Location would be the most convienent for Most, and I Do Live in the Central Region of The USA, I do have some Connections, Tho I was asked BY JUDY to Do The Scheduling.... As Her Work Schedule is a Factor, and She Doesnt Live Close to this Central USA This was TODAY! So I have been Reading about Many other Get togathers that have Failed, as Timing or whatever the reason, was generally Not enough People to attend, I am just Looking into OPTIONS starting today.... Just so everyone knows, I just Started TODAY..... Hawaii would be Great,tho I was looking at arround The last of March, or the Beginning Of April, I was Asked to set it in Spring so everyone has time to Schedule for Vacation time from work..... and that is Understandable! As I see ALOT of Effort to scheduling this event, and if enough dont attend it is a waste of EVERYBODYS time.... I will do My best, Tho if you were to do Hawaii, it MAY be an Obsticle to having a Good turn out.. Tho for Many, Hawaii would be a Costly adventure for some who may be on more of a fixed income..... April 2nd and 3rd, are Passover and?or Easter, so i avioded them....If anyone has any objections to the dates or Preferenceces Speak Now, as I will be Posting the Final Date soon... I am still Checking on Hotels and the ones with Shuttle busses.. To the airport!
I have 2 friends that work at the airport, one is Security and his Wife in Ticketing..... so I will speak with them on Inside information, as to Best Hotels Rates Ect....

I can see the Need for Many to Schedule Vacation time and Prepare, save Money , or whatever the situation.... I do see a quickly Planned Event, being Stressed, Pressured, and Possibly a Failure..... So I will Give that Credit to Judy, For Months in Advance:

Yes I do want to take time, and Organise the best of My ability, and Not Miss any Details, I have a Very Good Friend Joe, and we Discussed this today, like do's and Dont's, as for Insurances purposes..... Having it In Public Domain, and Not on Private Property that would make Me Liable for any Mishaps.... as a Motel Is Covered, as the Meeting Rooms... Over a Part on private property, so I am looking at that aspect First....
The main thing will be finalising The Date... and Which Motels are Best Equipt.... If all works I would Consider a Band for the Day 2, Sat Night, but No Promises....
All I need is Everyones Support, and have Confidence that I will Lead with My Best Foot Foreward! Knowing 2 people who work at the airport can give me alot More insight.....
With some positive and Dedicated People, we Can Have The Best One Ever.... Just Be Patient as I "Donate My Efforts" to Make a Sucessful Get Togather
