I had recently considered the possibility in the future, but some recent issues have changed my point of view on that and I think I'll just stay here in the good ol US of A

RoeDeVinna: just wondering would u pack up an leave ur life for love
I am still trying to figure out why I left Texas, it sure wasn't for love and I am glad to be here. Imagine what I would do if love were involved. I am still sort of in the same country, but at the same time, I'm not.
Yes. I've done it before. It was my first time to live outside my home country. We were together for 9 years and although we did split up I've never regretted moving.

Right now my answer would be no. I can't take my kid away from his friends and school. Just wouldn't be fair to him, now if he was 18 or older, I would.

Would consider it but Canada's pretty hard to beat in my eyes and also would miss out on all the kids and their lives and possible future grandbaby's. Would be a tough decision that's for sure. Warm climate would be nice though.

RoeDeVinna: Funny you said that as i want to move to Canada
Well, I love it here but depending where you move it can be ugly cold for the majority of the year. Some places not too bad though. Have been told the Fraser Valley of BC has a climate a lot like Irelands. Warm and wet.

Based on some of what I've seen since I've been here maybe the site should be called Connecting Right Next Door/Down the Road Singles. Not a whole lot of people want to or can move.
kidatheart: Possibly, but not to a country where it's colder than it is on the Canadian prairies.
Kid, my friend, that would be hard to do.
No, I wouldn't, at least right now. I won't even move from my area until my sons are full grown and have their own lives. Four or five years from now, perhaps...and only if it's warm.
