Thank you for your post and you are right Alex. I still beleive the reform suggestion of the new administration will be a true positive step forward and from this one step forward to ritch a real universal health care coverege which really is helping all americans in need is a long way and difficult to ritch in the next many years at least.

I just think it is interesting to think a bout here in Europe an averege of six procent of the taxation money is used for health care coverege of all europeans and even the system is not perfect but still is way fabulous calling an ambulance if some thing happen and not thinking a bout "oh my gud! How am I ever going to be able to pay the price if some major treatments are needed"? It is fabulous being able to call in the middle of the night and a doctor comes to ones home and helping you with no charge and getting hospitlised until you are treaded and back home and no stupied insurence companies getting an evil lawyer running after you and threatening to put you and your family on the street if not paying the bills fast with interest!

One from my friends was visiting some family members in US and she passed out because of blood presur and was hospitalised for eight days and received fabulous and proffesinal care...BUT! when back to Denmark she received a bill which sounded like 83000 us dollers! Some other from my family in US have paid a bill from one single oporation in California in the last 14 years and still not finished paying back! Another one from my family was refused to find a health care company to cover his wife and had to move to another state and finding another job and and paying a lot money to some people to "help" him so he could find an insurence covering his family, because the wife have a blood disease and then companies just kept refusing them coverage! there is a true mess going on in America and regarding the current health insurence coverege a lot unfair happening each day all over the country.

A positive step forward is better than nothing and just accepting the status quo and hoping for hand outs and so called wealthy samatarians are going to make more tv shows and paying the cost of the hospitalisation of some few americans and stuff like that I beleive!

I think there is a real need for finding out a bout how come american government actually uses more money for each amercian than we use here in Europe but still there is no universal coverege in America any way?

Have the health insurence companies had too free hands to do what ever they want to do and to create any kinds of bills they want to and sending it to the government and are they cheating the american nation because of lack of propper regulation and then calling it "freedom" and "real american values" and by that shuving the nation with BS?

Where does the money go any way? No body can claim it is because of the payments or some thing because we get more here in Europe when working in health industry any way! Are the health industry players able to demans more money than they should get and are they keeping the prices up as they wish to by secret cooporation? What is this lobby folks doing any way? Who checks them and who makes sure they wont milk the nation with unfairly high payments to the health industry? And why the health system is actually a health industry and a place to make as much money as possible just like a factory or some thing?

How come a nation can uses missiles a million dollers each and still human beings must scape from their homes and changing identity because they cant ever afford the cost of hospitalisation?
